With our surprise subscription for filter coffee roasts, we offer you a convenient way to discover a wide variety of aromas. The taste of a coffee depends significantly on the growing region, the plant variety, and ultimately, the roasting method.

That's why we've made it our mission to constantly discover new beans and offer a constantly changing selection of exciting filter coffees. With our surprise subscription, you'll receive two of these roasts in 250g bags delivered directly to your door each month.

As usual, we deliver freshly roasted coffee and include a card with each order containing information about the coffee and a brewing recipe. You'll also find a QR code on the card with a link to even more information about that particular roast.

Notes:

Free shipping within Germany
We avoid repetitions within the year, but reserve the right to include the same roast from one of the previous months up to twice if this is not possible otherwise.
You can only order the filter coffee roasts as whole beans as part of the surprise subscription.
As with our other products, self-collection is also possible at the Günter Coffee Store in Merianstraße 8, 79104 Freiburg, Germany.

We currently ship EU-wide, with the exception of Austria and France. This is due to laws that put small retailers at a disadvantage and make shipping uneconomical. Shipping is handled by DHL and DPD and CO2 is partly compensated by DHL GoGreen. Part of the shipping costs goes to climate protection projects to offset the CO2 emissions. The following conditions apply.

For shipping to Germany:

Orders up to €74.99: From €4.95
Orders from €75.00 and more: free shipping

For shipping to the rest of the EU:

Shipping costs of €15 per order up to 2 kg
€30 from 2 to 5 kg
Above that, shipping will only take place by arrangement

Terms and conditions for vouchers

Our vouchers will be sent by mail directly after receipt of payment. There are no shipping costs involved.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 days (Germany) after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). The delivery time to other EU countries can be up to 8 days.

Self-collectors can pick up their order on Fridays from 10:00-17:00 at Merianstraße 8, Freiburg, Germany.
Orders must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday of the same week at the latest. All later orders are only ready for collection on Fridays in the following week.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

We roast our coffee beans ourselves, fresh every week. We carefully select the green coffee. This means that before we decide on a coffee, we test and taste it extensively. Our import partners provide us with samples for this purpose.

To ensure consistently high quality, we check all fresh roasts in weekly cuppings. This ensures that your coffee beans always taste the way they should.

You can shop securely with us using all of the payment methods offered. You can choose between major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted. We do not have access to your private payment details.
