Our Collaboration
We have a separate online shop for our business customers. So you can order your coffee just as easily as usual, including your agreed, automatic discount.

2. Tasting
We will send you samples and/or taste our coffee beans together with you by arrangement to find the right coffee roast for your business.
3. Individual offer
We will make you an offer for our roasted coffee. If a cooperation comes about, we offer even more service, especially for Freiburg and the surrounding area.
4. Team Training (Freiburg)
Once a year, our customers from Freiburg receive a team training session upon request – free of charge. This ensures that the coffee tastes the way it should.
5. Advice and Support
If you have any questions about coffee, portafilter machines, or coffee grinders, we or our partners will be happy to advise you. We are here for you.

How our coffee gets to your office

How does that work?
Multi-Roaster Cafe × Günter Coffee
Freshly roasted specialty coffee, flexible for your rotating assortment. Order our beans at a discount for your coffee shelf and/or for serving. We offer both light roast filter coffees and light and darker espresso beans. In our cafés, we also use the filter beans in the espresso grinder for complex coffees.
1. Your Request
Send us an inquiry via the contact form with a few key points and the beans you would like to purchase from us. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a list of offers. If desired, you can receive coffee samples.
2. Choose coffees
Next, you choose the coffees that suit your business and let us know which beans you would like to purchase for serving and/or for your coffee shelf.
3. B2B Customer Account
Once you've told us which beans you're interested in, we'll create a customer account for you in our B2B online shop. You can then conveniently order at the agreed conditions.
4. Exchange and Support
We provide detailed brew guides, cupping notes, and information on farms and processing directly with your order. If you have any questions, please feel to contact us at any time.

So that everything runs smoothly and the coffee tastes good, we are always available to advise our customers. In case of problems, we provide quick and uncomplicated solutions.

Günter Coffee B2B FAQ
General
For business customers, we have a separate online shop at b2b.guentercoffee.com. Once we have reached an agreement, you can conveniently order your coffee online as usual.
We do not have a minimum order quantity for business customers. Simply specify the quantity of coffee beans you expect to use when making your inquiry. If you're unsure, we'll work together to determine a starting quantity.
Yes, in cooperation with the KMD-Kaffeewelt team, we offer all-inclusive packages with beans and machines. You can find more information on this page.
Yes, in Freiburg and the surrounding area, we offer you and your team a free training session once a year if you source coffee from us. Unfortunately, we currently do not have capacity for training sessions in other areas.
Yes, we are an organic-certified roastery (inspection body DE-ÖKO-007). Not all of our beans carry the organic seal, but we also have something for every taste in organic quality in our range.
Delivery & Shipping
In the Freiburg area and its surroundings, we personally deliver our beans. For all customers who need our coffee elsewhere, we ship via DPD. The delivery fee is a flat rate of €5.
In Freiburg and the surrounding area, we deliver our coffee in white reusable plastic buckets. A deposit of €5 per bucket applies. For other areas, we ship the beans in neutral coffee bags. You can, of course, also order our standard retail packaging.
