Since 2014, we have operated the popular Café Marcel in Freiburg's Stadtgarten, our own roastery since 2018, and since 2023, also the Günter Coffee Store in the heart of Freiburg's old town.
For offices, in collaboration with KMD Kaffeewelt, we offer an all-round carefree package.
Organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-007.
How does that work?
Our Collaboration
1. Your Request
Send us an inquiry using the contact form with a few key details (see below). We will get back to you and discuss how to proceed.
2. Tasting
We'll send you samples and/or taste our coffee beans together with you by arrangement to find the right coffee roast for your company.
3. Individual offer
We will make you an offer for our roasted coffee. If a cooperation comes about, we offer even more service, especially for Freiburg and the surrounding area.
4. Team Training (for Hospitality in FR)
Once a year, our customers from Freiburg receive a team training session upon request – free of charge. This ensures that the coffee tastes the way it should.
5. Advice and Support
If you have any questions about coffee, portafilter machines, or coffee grinders, we or our partners will be happy to advise you. We are here for you.

General
We do not have a minimum order quantity for business customers. Simply specify the quantity of coffee beans you expect to use when making your inquiry. If you're unsure, we'll work together to determine a starting quantity.
Yes, in cooperation with the KMD-Kaffeewelt team, we offer all-inclusive packages with beans and machines. You can find more information on this page.
Yes, in Freiburg and the surrounding area, we offer you and your team a free training session once a year if you source coffee from us. Unfortunately, we currently do not have capacity for training sessions in other areas.
Yes, we are an organic-certified roastery (inspection body DE-ÖKO-007). Not all of our beans carry the organic seal, but we also have something for every taste in organic quality in our range.
Delivery & Shipping
In the Freiburg area and its surroundings, we personally deliver our beans. For all customers who need our coffee elsewhere, we ship via DPD. The delivery fee is a flat rate of €5.
In Freiburg and the surrounding area, we deliver our coffee in white reusable plastic buckets. A deposit of €5 per bucket applies. For other areas, we ship the beans in neutral coffee bags. You can, of course, also order our standard retail packaging.
