We've made it our mission to roast coffees that are both invigorating and delicious . Our green coffee beans come from all over the world to Freiburg, where we roast them fresh every week. We use only the finest raw materials of the Specialty Coffee quality grade (you can read more about what that means here) and employ precise craftsmanship. This dedication pays off: An international jury awarded two of our coffees prizes at the 2021 Coffee Panel in Basel. Philip Weller is a two-time German Roasting Champion of the SCA Roasting Championship.
