We have made it our mission to roast coffees that wake you up and taste good. The green coffee beans come to us in Freiburg, Germany, from all over the world, where we roast them fresh every week. We pay attention to the best raw materials of the specialty coffee quality level (you can read what that means here) and precise craftsmanship. It pays off: an international jury awarded two of our coffees at the 2021 Coffee Panel in Basel, Switzerland.
