Granules against coffee fat in the grinder

With the Urnex Grindz cleaning agent you can easily remove grinding residue from your coffee grinder, e.g. fats and oils. The granules clean the mill without you having to open it.

Urnex Grindz Coffee Grinder Cleaner Instructions

Remove all coffee beans from the grinder.
Add Grindz cleaning granules into the grinder funnel according to the dosage recommendation on the packaging.
Set the grinding level to medium and grind the Grindz granules.
Wipe off any residue and run the coffee beans through twice. Do not use these afterwards.

We currently ship EU-wide, with the exception of Austria and France. This is due to laws that put small retailers at a disadvantage and make shipping uneconomical. Orders from €75.00 and more: free shipping

For shipping to the rest of the EU:

Shipping costs of €15 per order up to 2 kg
€30 from 2 to 5 kg
Above that, shipping will only take place by arrangement

Terms and conditions for vouchers

Our vouchers will be sent by mail directly after receipt of payment. There are no shipping costs involved.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 days (Germany) after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). The delivery time to other EU countries can be up to 8 days.

Self-collectors can pick up their order on Fridays from 10:00-17:00 at Merianstraße 8, Freiburg, Germany.
Orders must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday of the same week at the latest. All later orders are only ready for collection on Fridays in the following week.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

We use the coffee accessories on offer ourselves and are convinced of their quality and functionality. This means: Before we decide to offer an accessory product in the shop, we test it extensively.

So you only buy tried and tested products from us. If something still goes wrong, we will find a solution together.
