We currently ship throughout the EU and to Switzerland. Shipping is
handled by DHL GoGreen and DPD or Swiss Post. The following conditions
apply:

For shipping to Germany:

• Orders up to €74.99: From €4.95
• Orders of €75.00 and more: FREE
  

For shipping to the rest of the EU:

• Orders under 6 kg: €14.95
• Orders from 6 kg up to under 20 kg: €19.99
• Orders from 20 kg up to 31.5 kg: FREE
  

For shipping to Switzerland:

• Orders up to €149.99: €25 per order incl. customs clearance
• Orders from €150: FREE incl. customs clearance

Switzerland, the sale is carried out by MeinEinkauf AG,

Conditions for Self-Collection

Self-collectors can pick up their orders received by Wednesday night
at 11:59 PM starting the following Friday at Merianstraße 8 from 10:00
AM to 5:00 PM. Attention: All orders received from Thursday
onwards are usually only ready for collection on Friday of the following
week. The receipt of the email informing you that your order is ready
for collection is decisive.

Conditions for Vouchers and Gift Subscriptions

Our vouchers are sent via email immediately after receipt of payment.
You can enter either your own email address or that of a third party if
the voucher is meant to be a gift. There are no separate shipping costs
for electronic voucher delivery.

There are no additional shipping costs for our gift subscriptions.
Shipping begins on the date you specified when purchasing the coffee
gift subscription.

Delivery Times

Unless another timeframe is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods domestically (Germany) takes place within 2–5 days
after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance
payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Delivery times to
other EU countries can take up to 8 days.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public
holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we
will ship the goods in a single consolidated shipment, unless we have
made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is
determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have
ordered.

You can shop securely with us using all of the payment methods offered. You can choose between major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted. We do not have access to your private payment details.
