We currently ship throughout the EU, with the exception of Austria. Shipping is handled by DHL GoGreen. Part of the shipping costs goes into climate protection projects to offset the resulting CO2 emissions. We always ship incoming orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. The following conditions apply.

For shipping to Germany:

Orders up to €74.99: €4.95

Orders from €75.00 and more: free of charge

For shipping to the rest of the EU :

Shipping costs of €15 per order up to 2 kg

30 € from 2 to 5 kg

In addition, shipping only takes place after consultation

Provisions regarding gift cards

Our gift cards are sent by email immediately after receipt of payment. There are no shipping costs associated.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment order). The delivery time to other EU countries can be up to 8 days.

Those who collect their own items can pick up their order during regular opening hours (Friday 3 PM to 6 PM).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public German holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

We roast our coffee beans ourselves and fresh every week. We select the green coffee carefully. This means: Before we decide on a coffee, we test and taste it extensively. For this purpose, our import partners provide us with samples, so-called samples.

To ensure consistently high quality, we check all fresh roasts in weekly cuppings. This ensures that your coffee beans always taste the way they should.

You can shop safely with us using all of the payment methods we offer. You can choose between common credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung and Klarna Pay Later.

Payment processing takes place via Shopify Payments or PayPal and is encrypted. We have no insight into your private payment details.
