In May 2024, \u003cstrong\u003ePlotcoffee\u003c\/strong\u003e visited the station and was able to witness firsthand the meticulous care with which manager Hagumimana Evaristo and his team process the coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe beans of the \u003cstrong\u003eRed Bourbon variety\u003c\/strong\u003e grow at an altitude of 1850 to 2300 meters. The \u003cstrong\u003eShyira station\u003c\/strong\u003e focuses on innovative sustainability and extremely meticulous quality control in its processing. After harvesting, the beans are dried on special beds for 30 to 35 days and continuously monitored to preserve their typical, clear aromas.
