We met\u0026nbsp;\u003cstrong\u003eDylan Aguilera\u003c\/strong\u003e in 2023 at the World of Coffee trade fair in Athens, where he was training with Aurore in preparation for the World Cup Tasters Championship. In 2020, he and his brother also won the prestigious Cup of Excellence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the \u003cstrong\u003eChampion's Edition,\u003c\/strong\u003e Dylan sent us a \u003cstrong\u003emicrolot\u003c\/strong\u003e of beans from the extremely popular and intensely flavorful \u003cstrong\u003eGeisha\u003c\/strong\u003e variety to Germany. We roast the beans on our \u003cstrong\u003emini sample roaster\u003c\/strong\u003e to control every parameter for each bean down to the smallest detail, and then pack them directly into our specially designed packaging to preserve their unique aroma.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is grown at an altitude of 1500 meters and processed using the natural method at \u003cstrong\u003eFinca Toño\u003c\/strong\u003e. We import the green coffee directly through Dylan, who founded Aguilera Coffee Traders in 2022 to sell the family's coffees directly to roasters worldwide.
